Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Titan's Vault Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Pricing Titan's Vault reserves the right to update, change, adjust or otherwise alter pricing at any time without notice. Any items in carts, on hold or displayed on site may have their prices adjusted immediately at the time of the price change. Titan's Vault will not be obligated to hold prices prior to price changes for any reason, unless otherwise agreed to. Titan's Vault may allow a previous price list to be permitted for checkout under it's sole discretion. Orders Titan's Vault reserves the right to refuse any order placed on the Site. Titan's Vault may, in its sole and absolute discretion, limit or cancel quantities of any order for any reason. In the event Titan's Vault changes or cancels your order, Titan's Vault will attempt to notify you by sending you an e-mail and/or contacting you via the billing address/phone number provided at the time your order was made.
